Our mission began with a shared experience: when our children graduate from school—typically between the ages of 18 and 21—the support systems they’ve relied on begin to change. This transition period is critical, and families must navigate new service options, often with limited guidance. PACOPAD exists to help bridge that gap, advocate for meaningful resources, and build a stronger, more inclusive community for adults with disabilities.
